This privacy policy applies to skyclub-antwerp.be, operated by Skyclub, located at Straatsburgdok Noordkaai 3, B-2030 Antwerp, Belgium. Skyclub is part of DOCK 3.

Skyclub acts as data controller within the meaning of the GDPR for personal data collected via this website.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data that you voluntarily submit via the contact form on this website:

• Name
• E-mail address
• Phone number (optional)
• Type of event
• Preferred date
• Estimated number of guests
• Message

We do not collect visitor statistics, tracking cookies or analytical cookies. Only anonymous performance measurements via Vercel Speed Insights are used.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Responding to your quote request or enquiry
• Following up on your reservation or booking
• Providing requested information about Skyclub

The legal basis is the performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship (GDPR art. 6.1.b), or your explicit consent by submitting the form.

4. How long we retain your data

Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond to them. Data relating to booked events is retained in accordance with legal obligations (invoicing: 7 years). Unbooked enquiries are deleted after a maximum of 24 months.

5. Do we share your data

Your data is not sold and not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

We work with the following technical processors, who only process your data on behalf of Skyclub:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting (servers in the EU)
• Resend — email delivery (Ireland, EU)

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

• Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten')
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object
• Right to withdraw consent
